Buying a ticket
As soon as you make your reservation, you will receive a number that you should keep to hand. When you make your payment, this number is confirmed in our database and we will send you an email with a receipt outlining all the contents of the package you have bought.
You MUST print and bring this receipt with you when you travel to Morocco. You will be asked to present it on your arrival at the meeting point. Your photo ID and confirmation number will be shown to our agents and we will give you your festival bracelets, buffet meal tickets, accommodation tickets, and the appropriate transportation tickets.
Keep an Eye for Fake Tickets
If you have not received our payment confirmation email after you make a purchase from us, or one of our approved ticket agents, something is wrong and you should contact us as soon as possible. Please email tickets@nomadstribe.com with questions. DO NOT buy Transahara tickets from anyone else other than our official ambassadors (as listed in the ambassadors info section).
All the communications regarding Transahara tickets will be sent you ONLY via the email Tickets@nomadstribe.com. Don't accept tickets from other emails and please check carefully the orthography for the emails domain, NOMADSTRIBE.COM, to make sure you got the correct confirmation email.
FESTIVAL RULES
1- For motives at the sole description of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to Transahara, in order to protect its visitors and the smooth occurrence of the festival.
2- The attendees are responsible for their own possessions while attending to the festival. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss of property or any physical damage that could occur to the attendees during the festival.
3-An ecological and no-trace policy is MANDATORY. You may not, at any instant and for any reason, bring to the festival Bottles, Cans, Containers, Alcohol, Drugs and Glass. You may not bring shampoos and soaps unless they are organic. If you are found possessing or trading such products, they will be confiscated.
4- The attendees to the festival must at all times follow and comply with the instructions of the Transahara Team or anyone acting in name of the Promoter. Failing to do so may get you ejected from the site.
5- All tickets are personal and non-transferable. They may not be re-sold and Transahara does not issues refunds or re-issues. Bracelets suspected of having been resold or transferred will become voidable and its holder may be prohibited into or ejected from the site.
6-When you buy tickets thru Transahara Ambassadors, you will incur in a booking fee/charge. The ambassadors are not responsible for any refunds on tickets and are not liable for any changes in the festival.
7-You may not bring illegal substances to Transahara.
8- By buying a ticket to the festival you understand and agree to be filmed and photographed in the official media coverage on the Festival. Ownership of the images will remain property of Nomadstribe.
9-For your animal's sake, you may not bring your pets to the festival.
10- In the case of natural catastrophes, death or serious disease from any of the promoters, or other unexpected factors of higher force, uncontrollable by the Promoter, the festival may be canceled and there will be no refunds to ticket holders.
